Scott's Birthday

We celebrated Scott's Birthday on Saturday since he has to work on Monday. I made him Rueben sandwiches and carrot cake at his request. Since I am dieting I tried to make a low-fat carrot cake, well it was horrible! He doesn't normally even like icing and that was all he ate. So although it helped me on my diet, it wasn't much of a birthday for him without good cake! Of course, I didn't tell him it was low fat, he just thought it was another failed attempt at cooking! To redeem myself, I cooked 6 meals and packed them up for his lunches and dinners for the week. He was pleased!

Social Mamas Valentines Day Party

Last Wednesday, we had the Social Mamas Valentines Day party at the house. It was alot of fun and so many of my dear friends came. The kids were all so busy playing the whole time that we actually got a chance to chat and relax.

Jasmine Moran Children's Museum

Last Friday, Scott, me and the kids spent the day at the Jasmine Moran Children's Museum in Seminole, OK. It is about 2o minutes from our house and we have been wanting to take the kids for some time now. It was perfect for David. There were so many interactive things for him to do. It was really an awesome museum! Here are some of the pics we took.
