We have really been enjoying our pool. It is so nice to just get in for a little bit on a hot day. David has started swimming in his life jacket by himself. He used to only want to ride on the rafts or hold on to someone but has now come out of his shell.

He hates wearing hats! He takes them off quicker than I can get them on. They have matching shirts that say I Love Danger! Cooper is growing up so fast. Today he had scrambled eggs and cheese for dinner and he loved it. I actually googled "when can babies have scrambled eggs?" Ans: 8 months (he's one week shy, what do they know anyway)

David's 3rd Birthday Celebration

I don't have time to post much today but I thought I would at least get these pictures on here. We had such an awesome weekend with friends and family. David's pirate birthday party was so nice and he got alot of new toys so he is a happy boy!

Scott bought a new truck last weekend. It is a Ford F250. It is so beautiful I must say for a truck! It is huge though! It won't even fit under the carport. He keeps trying to get me to drive it but I hate driving that monster!

John came over last weekend and had gotten us a flagpole for the yard. I love it soooo much. Scott and the boys put it up in less than an hour.

And here is my flagpole. Now I just have to expand my garden around it like at my Grandad's yard which is so beautiful!

We have had our pool open for a few weeks now but it has not been warm enough and we really just figured out how to get the gunk out of the bottom. Chase had a friend over and they swam! It was only about 70 out so it had to be FREEZING! Doesn't the water look so refreshing though? I just love sitting on the porch because it is so pretty to look at.

I am babysitting my friends girls for a few weeks (yay! for making money). They are so sweet and it is nice keeping David busy!

David loves to pretend now. He is all boy. He runs around the house with guns and swords fighting monsters and dinosaurs most of the day.

Cooper loves to swing. He really just loves to be outside, so many things to look at. Whenever he is fussy I can just take him outside and he's immediatly happy.

Here is a picture of David at 6 months that I think looks just like Cooper. Whenever we show David a picture of himself as a baby he argues that it isn't him it's Cooper.

Cooper can sit up on his own now for over 15 minutes! It is so funny though when I am trying to get something done and he sees me, he immediately screams! I have to sneak around the house so he doesn't see or hear me.

We went to a birthday party today at gymnastics place and it was so much fun. Sorry for the sideways video, someday I will learn that I can't turn the camera on videos!
