Fun times with Papa Craig, Grammy Pam and MawMaw

I found out about a Trick or Treat festival at Arcadia Lake called "Storybook Forest" geared towards the little kids and it was sooooo awesome! We collected candy through the forest at sets based on nursery rhymes and classic tales. The kids all just loved it!
Baby Robin
They had many bonfires roaring to roast marshmallows and hot dogs. We decided to opt out and get Braums burgers and ice cream instead afterwards!

The Grandma's waiting for us after the hayride around the lake.

Proud Grandpa!

Is that Grandma sleeping in the bed? No! It's the big, bad, wolf!

Rock a bye David on the tree top. . .

Cooper Dumpty sat on a wall. . .

We're not afraid of a big black spider! Just mommy is!

The sword in the stone!

What a happy one year old!

David had so much fun and was so hilarious. The other kids would look and say," Look, there's Batman" and he would wave proudly! As we were leaving they were in awe of Batman and he just turned back and gave them a big thumbs up!! HA!

Papa Craig and the two little skeletons.

Ready to go 4-wheeling with PaPa

He loved his MawMaw, especially crawling back and forth on the couch across her lap. It never got old!

Cooper's FIRST EVER Birthday Party!

It was only fitting for my little Cooper Monster to get 48 Cookie Monster cupcakes for his party! Grandma Riesen helped me and we frosted, coated in sugar, gave them little eyes and a fat cookie in their mouths!

He loves his new truck! Notice the roller coaster in the background? Yes, that is still taking up most of my living room including the entire entryway! And if you don't watch your step, you will get smacked by David flying down the track!

Opening presents with friends.

Proud of my little Cooper Monster!

Awww, I remember him holding Baby David on his first birthday before he got cleaned up after his cake too!

Look at that butt!!

Papa John sneaking him candy!

He liked it a little too much!

Cake Drunk! I know the feeling all too well!

Pumpkin Patch

Cooper turned ONE last Tuesday and we spent the afternoon at the pumpkin patch with friends. We went to the Orr Family Farm in Moore and it was so nice! It was a little pricey since they charge for adults but overall nice.
I could NOT get a good picture of the two of them. It was soooo windy that day.
Ladies Man

Can you believe my child got this close to a giant pig? YUK! He didn't want to touch the nose though thankfully.

Every little boy deserves to get really dirty on their birthday!

Be vewy, vewy quiet! I'm hunting wabbits!

He took a step!

I have been trying to take more pictures lately! Here is the proof:

Helping in the kitchen. Ha!

At first Cooper didn't like wearing the bowl hat, then he realized it got him alot of attention.

I'm gonna get you, you better run!

I love cake donuts! Look at that face! Ahhhhh. . .

My little learner. We started a home pre-school program a few weeks ago and he loves it. He's always saying, "Mom, can I do more school??? Please!"

So proud!

I can stand on my own now!

Look what I can do!

It doesn't taste that old. . .

MMMMMMHHHHHH. . . Nothing like day old chocolate milk!
And now for the grand finale. . . Here is a video of Cooper's first ever STEP! Yep, he'll be running in no time!
